Missions

At TRC we seek to be a light in our community and around the world. Through our Outreach Ministry we understand that there are different needs and goals for each endeavor we put our eyes on. At TRC, you are able to be a part of various activities where you can practice your gifts, while learning and growing in the love of Jesus Christ. Outreach at TRC includes praying for the sick, bringing a meal to a family, visiting those in need, or simply sharing a coffee with a friend. We also support various areas locally and globally.

Local Outreach

First Fruits Ministry: Our First Fruits ministry aims to aid those in our local church body. We assist with financial and tangible needs as they arise. Over the years some of the things this has included is home repairs, medical bills, counseling, etc.
Project 658 serving families local to the Charlotte area.
Joseph’s Food Pantry: The Refinery Church started a mission right out of our location. We call it Joseph’s Food Pantry. Here we provide for the physical and spiritual needs of those in our community by providing compassionate and practical help to all those in need including the temporarily unemployed, the disabled, the homeless and the elderly of our community. At TRC we are actively supporting various missions around the world. We desire to be good stewards and partner in opportunities the Lord brings us to serve local communities abroad.
