Jeff Roy is the Lead Pastor at The Refinery Church of Charlotte. As the son of a Pastor, Jeff is intimately familiar with church life. In the years leading up to his role as Lead Pastor at The Refinery Church, Jeff has served as Worship and Youth Pastor, a small group leader and a mentor. Being a former YWAMer, Jeff has a heart for missions and bringing the gospel to the nations. He is still active in the Charlotte Metro area worship community as a singer and songwriter.
Pastor Jeff met his wife Joanne while attending Messiah College in Pennsylvania and together they have three children. Outside of The Refinery, Jeff enjoys the outdoors, playing guitar, and surfing.
